Byeon Woo Seok and PH Tong-Tongs create a beautiful chapter of memories at “The Secret Library” fan meeting in Manila

From his sold-out first-ever fan meeting, Byeon Woo Seok charmed Manila for the third time!

On October 10, PH Tong-Tongs once again had the chance to meet their beloved Byeon Woo Seok at his “The Secret Library” fan meeting in Manila, which was held at Mall of Asia Arena. From eagerly lining up outside the venue to finally stepping inside, the fans could hardly contain their excitement for the much-awaited encounter with their favorite star.

Byeon Woo Seok kicked off the show with the song Flower Road by Daybreak, and as always, Tong-Tongs warmly welcomed him with their passionate cheers that grew louder as he initially greeted the crowd, sweetly asking in Tagalog, “Kumain na ba?” (Have you eaten?) “Hello, It’s been a while. I’m Byeon Woo Seok,” he introduced himself. This was his third fan meeting, and it had been a year since he returned; you could see how happy and excited he was to meet his fans again. He expressed his gratitude to fans who always welcomed him warmly.

According to Woo Seok, “The Secret Library” is a place that holds special meaning for him, where he and his fans created beautiful memories together. The fan meeting officially started with the “Librarian’s Secret Record” segment, a short Q&A segment for him, where he shared that he wants the fans to remember him as someone who makes them happy.

Moreover, three lucky Tong-Tongs got the chance to reenact scenes from Byeon Woo Seok’s projects, The History of Walking Upright and Lovely Runner. We were grinning from ear to ear while watching them from afar. Seeing them bring these scenes to life alongside Byeon Woo Seok himself made us just as happy for them! What a memorable and heartwarming experience for those lucky Tong-Tongs; they also got to take a Polaroid photo with him.

Of course, the fan meeting is not complete without us hearing him say Tagalog phrases such as tayo na, dito ang tingin, kaya ko to, salamat po, cute kayo, and mahal kita. He ended the first part of the show with his hit song in Lovely Runner, Sudden Shower, and started the second part of the show with No Fate. After saying, pupunta ako sayo, he surprised the crowd and went down from the stage, walking through every aisle, giving his fans the chance to see a closer glimpse of him. He was all smiles as he waved his hands, blew flying kisses, and made heart gestures toward everyone. He is the cutest!

The Arena was filled with happy memories created by Tong-Tongs and Byeon Woo Seok. In the “Secret Chapter” segment, Woo Seok gamely took on the missions prepared for him. He did the Filmography quiz, the heart-pounding challenge wherein he danced the Hawaiian Couple Challenge; he was so adorable doing that, and he played tumbang preso. Woo Seok also showed off his cooking skills by preparing eggs, which three lucky fans had the chance to taste.

Towards the end of the show, Byeon Woo Seok became so emotional hearing the fans sing Sudden Shower. He really appreciates his fans as always, and he deserves all the love in this world. He wrapped up the show with his song, Fate Line, and one of the OSTs of his recent drama, Perfect Crown. “I want to thank you for spending this precious moment with me. I am always grateful and think about how I can repay you, but I think the best answer for me to repay that love is by coming up with good projects and good acting, and for my next project, I will save all this love from all of you and will do my best in filming. See you next time, Mahal ko kayo.”

Moreover, Byeon Woo Seok also showed his appreciation to the team labas who waited for him outside the venue. He greeted all of them. What a fan service! He always finds a way to show how he loves and appreciates his fans. He deserves all the success in life right now. We love you, Daegun Jaga. Thank you for creating another precious memory with us.
