Song Jihyo is perhaps most known and loved for her role as ‘ACE’ in Running Man. Whether it’s her easygoing nature or her can-do mentality in which she doesn’t back down from any task, it’s quite simple to fall in love with her.

But, in addition to being a cast member of the long-running variety program, Song Jihyo is also an actress who debuted in 2003 and has since produced a number of dramas and films.

Some (2004)

Some is a South Korean criminal thriller film that was released in 2004. Nearly $10 million in illicit narcotics, meant for use as evidence in court, is taken from police officers as they bring it to the station.

A rookie officer partners up with a female reporter to uncover drug trafficking and police corruption in this film.

Although they are meeting for the first time, they both get a strange impression that the other person is not unfamiliar, that they have met before. Furthermore, Yujin (Song Jihyo) witnesses Sungjoo’s death in a flash of déjà vu.

Code Name: Jackal (2012)

Song Jihyo, JYJ’s Kim Jaejoong, and Oh Dalsu appear in this 2012 South Korean action comedy film.

Bong Minjung (Song Ji-hyo), a clumsy and bizarre hitman, is hired to assassinate famous Hallyu star Choi Hyun (Kim Jaejoong). The operation begins with his kidnapping at the hotel where Hyun checked in to relax and avoid stress, as well as where detectives are on the lookout for a serial murderer.

What a Man Wants (2018)

Lee Sungmin, Shin Ha Kyun, Song Jihyo, and Lee El appear in this romantic-comedy film that aired last 2018. The film is set on Jeju Island and follows four individuals who are looking for adventure and the love of their lives.

Intruder (2020)

The movie is about Yoojin, who went missing 25 years ago. Seojin, her elder brother, becomes suspicious when their family begins to alter following her return. Seojin grows suspicious and he sets out to discover his sister’s secret, which leads him to a surprising revelation.
