Park Minyoung, also known as Rachel Park, was born on March 4, 1986. Her first-ever acting role was in the sitcom “High Kick!”. Her latest project is the 2024 Korean television series, “Marry My Husband”. Other than acting, she is also very talented in dancing and has even danced for her fans in a fan meeting.

For old fans, let’s take a trip down memory lane for Minyoung’s iconic projects! For new fans, check to see if you have watched everything in this list to make sure you are not missing out!

Sungkyunkwan Scandal (2010)

In a time where females weren’t allowed to be educated or employed, Kim Yoonhee disguises herself to help her family. Her life is turned upside-down after she winds up being a substitute test-taker for Sungkyunkwan’s upcoming entrance examination.

It is a good drama for people looking for comedy and an intriguing storyline in a historical setting.

Healer (2014 – 2015)

An old incident involving an illegal pro-democracy broadcasting station brings three people together: Healer (Ji Changwook), a reporter (Park Minyoung), and a famous journalist (Yoo Jitae).

If you want action, suspense, and romance, it is a drama that you should check out. While the pacing may be a bit slow, it is all worth it at the end.

What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim (2018)

After nine years, Kim Miso (Park Minyoung) announces that she will be resigning from her position as Lee Youngjoon’s (Park Seojoon) assistant. Youngjoon strives to make her stay.

Of course, I cannot leave out this one! The iconic drama that stirred the romcom-loving K-drama fans! If you still haven’t watched it, be sure to do so!

Her Private Life (2019)

An adorable romantic comedy, where Minyoung acts as Sung Deokmi a talented art curator with a secret! She handles a fansite for her favorite idol, Cha Si-an (Jung Jaewon) of White Ocean. After her previous boss was investigated for embezzlement, they were replaced with Ryan Gold (Kim Jaewook).

This is one of the first few K-dramas I actively followed, and I highly recommend it (if you haven’t watched it) for people looking to find kilig and representations for fans!

Busted! (2018 – 2021)

Minyoung’s bravery and wit were always so interesting to witness in this show. Her, along with Sejeong, are also one of my favorite duos. “Busted!” is a mystery-solving show, so if you want some brain-tickling cases and a few laughs, be sure to check it out!

Minyoung is coming soon! If you still haven’t gotten your tickets, you can still get them at SM Tickets and CDM Entertainment. See you there! #ParkMinYoung #박민영
