Seo Kang Joon is one of our favorite oppas out there. He got the unique charms, an excellent musical talent, and of course, his undeniably good acting skills!
Seo Kang Joon has a birth name of Lee Seung Hwan. He was born on October 12, 1993 in Gunpo, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea.
Yes, we get it, we can list even thousands of reasons why we love him! Though of course, we wanted to keep it short and you know, direct to the point to throw in some reasons why we (and, you too, should) love him!
1. You can feel the kilig when he plays the piano.
Aside from acting, he also gained some recognition for playing piano well. There are even some scenes from his dramas where he played the piano by himself. For example, he took on the role of the talented pianist, Baek In Ho from Cheese in the Trap.

2. He’ll teach you to take care of your skin and your body.
Seo Kang Joon definitely got the looks, mga bes! His flawless skin can leave you dreamy, and might encourage you to take care of your skin, too. Luckily, he was able to share that he also takes care of his skin by using skincare products.
Aside from taking care of your skin, you might also get inspired to take care of your body when you see his abs, mga bes! The hard-earned abs were a product of his workouts and healthy diet.

3. He can be a good brother…uncle…or even dad to kids.
Just so you know, Seo Kang Joon also guested to the family variety show, ‘The Return of Superman’ wherein he took care of Lee Donggook’s children, twins Sua and Seola, and Sian.
In this episode, fans can witness how Kang Joon can work well with the kids. His struggle were all worth it as the children started opening up to him!

4. He always shows gratitude to every love and support he receives.
Sure, he is aware that he got a lot of fans, but what makes us love him more is that he never forgets to thank and appreciate his fans all over the world. You can check his Instagram posts that he mostly shares photos of food trucks whenever he shoots sent by his fans or friends or congratulatory wreaths for his successful dramas such as Are You Human? and When the Weather is Fine.
We support a humble guy!
5. He is passionate in every project he does.
We can all appreciate how Seo Kang Joon worked hard to where he is in his acting career. From his small screen times, it turned into supporting roles, and now multiple lead roles. Truly, his hard works paid off, as he is one of our favorite male leads.
Whenever we see him on screen, the sincerity of his acting and intense internalization makes every character he portrays are well-received by his audience. Through some of his show guesting, we are also exposed to know some bits about him as Lee Seung Hwan.
