GOT7 is coming back in January 2025!

After almost 3 years, GOT7 is set to reunite as a group and release a new album in January 2025. Comeback activities such as recording and other preparations are on its way. No specific date yet as of this writing and other details are still being discussed. Members will announce the final schedule within December.
It’s a double celebration as the group will celebrate their 11th anniversary in January 2025. Moreover, GOT7’s last album was in May 2022. This was their first comeback after they acquired all the trademark rights for GOT7 brands including music/songs, recordings, performances, etc.
Individual Activities
Members are currently doing their solo activities. Their leader, Jay B, just finished his mandatory service. He also released his first full album “Road Runner” and will hold a concert in Seoul and Bangkok, in December 2024 and January 2025, respectively. Mark Tuan is now back in South Korea after his meet and greet event in Malaysia as the first global ambassador of a self-care solutions brand.
Jackson Wang, who’s in talks on preparing for Magic Man 2, was chosen as one of Elle Thailand’s Most Inspiring People and Tatler Asia’s one of Asia’s Most Influential in 2024. Park Jinyoung is also back from his mandatory military service and will soon start filming a new drama “Unknown Seoul” alongside actress Park Boyoung.
The maknaes are also on the run with their solo schedules. Choi Youngjae just finished his DJ stint in MBC FM4U’s radio program “Close Friend.” He also said on a recent fansign that a new solo album is coming in 2025. Bambam is still on his Bamesis Showcase Tour and his next stop will be in Taipei in December. Lastly, Yugyeom is also on his 2024 Trusty Tour and part of the South Korean boy group survival competition “Universe League” as Director for Team Beat.
In 2 months time, new music will be heard from one of the most talented and world-renowned K-pop groups.
