September releases
Last September 26, an early premiere of the second season of “A Wild Last Boss Appeared!” (WAO World) dropped on Crunchyroll. It featured an MMO gamer who awakens as the Black-Winged Tyrant, Lufas Maphaahl. He must uncover why he’s here.
Last September 27, the third season of “As a Reincarnated Aristocrat, I’ll Use My Appraisal Skill to Rise in the World” (GeyeG Pictures) was released. Follow Ars Louvent, a not-so-brawny noble scion, as he turns his small domain into a force to be reckoned with.
A Crunchyroll-exclusive also dropped on the 27th; watch out for “Overgeared!” (J.C.STAFF). It follows Grid as he escapes into a VR game where players earn real-world fame and fortune. His luck turns when a challenging quest leads him to becoming the heir to a legendary blacksmith.
Releasing early this October!
On October 1st, “FX Fighter Kurumi-chan” (Passione) will arrive! Follow university student Kurumi Fukuga as she jumps into the fast-moving world of foreign exchange trading.
This October 3rd, the second season of “Black Clover” (Pierrot) will be arriving on Crunchyroll. As tyranny engulfs the Clover Kingdom, Asta and the Magic Knights launch a desperate raid. Will Asta be able to rise above impossible odds?
Another release is “A Tale of the Secret Saint” (Felix Film), following a great knight Fia, who lacks talent as a swordsman. Then, a brush with death awakens memories of her past life. Her powers return, but so do the enemies who killed her once before. Will Fia be able to resist using her powers to survive?
“Magical Explorer” (WHITE FOX) will arrive on October 3rd. Follow Kousuke Takioto as he reincarnates as the unfortunate friend character in the world of an adult game. He later encounters a non-existent cohabitation route that turns his world upside down.
On the same day, another Crunchyroll-exclusive, “Romelia War Chronicle” (Atra), drops. After a war and a broken-off engagement, Romelia restores a struggling kingdom as new conflicts arise. The war may be over, but her story’s just begun.
“VERTEX FORCE” (SMDE) will also be released. Middle school student Akira Todo lives a peaceful life in northern Okinawa with his elder sister Haruka and mother… but this family had a secret. One day, strange events begin to occur all over the world.
Releasing on October 4
On October 4, “Reborn as a Space Mercenary: I Woke Up Piloting the Strongest Starship!” (A-CAT) will be released. Find out what happens to Takahiro Satou when he wakes up in the sci-fi game he plays obsessively, sitting in the cockpit of a powerfully equipped spaceship. And so, with powerful equipment and allies, his life as a mercenary begins.
The second season of “Aoashi” (TMS Entertainment) also releases on this date. Aoi Ashito’s game has now earned him a spot on the A team, but he is quickly overwhelmed by his harsh new reality. Ashito must evolve or be crushed, if he’s ever to be acknowledged.
Another release is “Uncle’s Obsession with Cute Things” (Liden Films). By day, Mitsutaka Oji is the handsome, dependable boss everyone admires. By night, he dotes on his favorite mascot, Pugtaro, and indulges his secret obsession with all things cute! But one unexpected encounter forces Oji to face his feelings head-on!

Releasing on October 5 and 6
This October 5, “Hello, I am a Witch and my Crush Wants me to Make a Love Potion!” (Diomedéa) will also be released exclusively on Crunchyroll. Rose, a lone witch who lives quietly by the lake, is asked by the knight she secretly loves to brew a love potion for someone else. And as the days quietly slip by, Rose finds herself dreading the day the potion is finally complete.
On the same day, “So What’s Wrong with Getting Reborn as a Goblin?” (BAKKKA) will also be released. Office worker Akira Yagami loses his life after jumping into oncoming traffic to save a child. But death is not the end for our selfless hero, as he is reincarnated in another world as a goblin! Additionally, thanks to Akira’s unique skill, he’s got eighty years to leave his mark on the world! This October 6, “The Laid-Off Cheat-Granting Mage Enjoys a Second Lease on Life” (P.A. Works) will be released. Rein spent years enhancing his guildmates’ gear with magic, only to be expelled the moment he enchanted everything. Releasing on October 7
“Magic Knight Rayearth” (E&H Production) follows Hikaru Shidou, Umi Ryuuzaki, and Fuu Hououji. While on a school field trip to the Tokyo Tower, Princess Emeraude cries out for the Magic Knights to save her world, and that just happens to be those three!
The second season of “Sasaki and Peeps” (SILVER LINK.) will also be released on the same day. Sasaki is a middle-aged office worker living in Japan. Feeling drained, he heads to the pet shop and finds an adorable bird named Peeps. Later he learns that Peeps isn’t your average bird…
“The World’s Strongest Witch” (Bridge and AISLE) will also be released. After using her SSS-Rank skill to crush her former family’s ambitions, Lorna is free to travel the world. On her next stop, she encounters a port town on the brink of destruction.
The second season of “The Detective is Already Dead” (ENGI) will be available soon! After stopping a hijacking with beautiful, silver-haired detective Siesta, Kimihiko leads a life of travelling and crime-solving… until Siesta dies. A year later, a new case will open old wounds.

This October 8, “The Iceblade Sorcerer Shall Rule the World II” (CLOUDHEARTS) will also be released for streaming.
