Son Ye Jin and Ji Chang Wook in talks to star in upcoming Netflix drama!
Son Ye Jin and Ji Chang Wook in one drama together? This is surely going to be a hit!
On October, 24, Son Ye Jin’s agency, MSteam Entertainment, and Spring Company, Ji Chang Wook’s agency, confirmed that the actors received a casting offer to star in the upcoming Netflix drama, Scandal and they are both currently reviewing it. It is a drama remake of the 2003 film Untold Scandal.
Untold Scandal is set in the Joseon dynasty and tells the story of Lady Cho and Jo Won who are engaged in a crazy love game. It is based on a French novel, Dangerous Liaisons.
Ji Chang Wook recently starred in the film, Revolver and the series, Queen Woo. He is known for his versatility in acting in Empress Ki, Healer, The K2, Suspicious Partner, Melting Me Softly, Backstreet Rookie, If You Wish Upon Me, Lovestruck in the City, The Sound of Magic, The Worst of Evil, and Welcome to Samdal-ri.
His upcoming Disney+ series, Gangnam B-Side, is set to be released on November 6, and is also gearing up for his upcoming series, Sculpture City alongside EXO’s DO.
On the other hand, Son Ye Jin is remarkable for showing her exceptional talent in acting in various series such as Something in the Rain, Crash Landing On You, and Thirty-Nine and in the films, Spellbound, The Last Princess, Be With You, and The Negotiation.
