Gangnam B-Side is coming to Disney+ this 2024

Fresh from the success of The Worst of Evil, Ji Chang Wook is coming back to Disney+ again with another crime action thriller drama, Gangnam B-Side.

Slated for release later this year, Gangnam B-Side tells the story of a detective who will be forced back to infiltrate the world of vice, drugs, and corruption to investigate the disappearance of a daughter’s friend. Set in the bustling city of Gangnam, detective Kang Dong Woo is on a mission to go undercover and rescue the increasing cases of women going missing in the district. The special assignment will lead to uncovering a truth that will shake the city’s wealthiest elite.

The crime drama will be headlined by Jo Woo Jin as elite officer and shunned by detective Kang Dong Woo and Ji Chang Wook (from The Worst of Evil) as back alley enforcer Yoon Gil Ho. Gangnam B-Side is written by Joo Wong Yu (Argon) and directed by Park Noori (Money).
