Adrenaline-filled series, “The Tyrant” is coming to Disney+ exclusively on August 14!

The Tyrant depicts the story of the disappearance of the last sample of bioweapon referred to as “The Tyrant Project”, which holds limitless potential for the advancement of humanity during the secret handover between Korean and US Intelligence agencies.
Parties on both sides will go to war to recover the stolen bioweapon and use it for a self-centered purpose.
Jo Yoon Soo plays the role of Chae Ja Gyeong, a vengeful assassin. She is known for her roles in the dramas True Beauty and Juvenile Justice.
Cha Seung Won transforms into a cold-blooded mercenary named Im Sang. He is in charge of getting rid of the forces involved in the secret project.
He is a versatile actor who showcased great acting skills in the dramas, Our Blues, A Korean Odyssey, and One Ordinary Day.
Kim Seon Ho will be playing the role of Director Choi the leader of the secret Korean project called, “The Tyrant Project”.
He is popular for playing his iconic roles in the series, Start-Up and Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha. He has an upcoming drama Can This Love be Translated? alongside Go Youn Jung.
Last year, Seon Ho successfully made his big screen debut with the film, The Childe.
Kim Kang Woo will put to life the character named Paul, a U.S. intelligence agent. He has the task of destroying the last sample of the “The Tyrant Project”.
Kang Woo recently starred in the revenge drama, Wonderful World as Kang Soo Ho.
The Tyrant is written and directed by Park Hoon Jung the man behind the great films New World, The Witch: Part 1 & 2, and The Childe.
This is a reunion series for Kim Seon Ho, Kim Kang Woo, and Director Park Hoon Jung as they previously worked together in the film, The Childe.
