Disney+ series, “Moving” and “The Worst of Evil” win big at the prestigious 60th Baeksang Arts Awards!
Disney+ series Moving and The Worst of Evil bagged several notable awards including the coveted Grand Price (Daesang) in one of the most prestigious entertainment awards in South Korea.
At the 60th Baeksang Arts Awards which was held on May 7, star-studded artists gathered together to celebrate the Korean entertainment industry’s excellence in film, television, and theater.
During the event, Disney+’s Moving and The Worst of Evil took home various awards.

The Best Director in TV award was bagged by Director Han Dong Wook who helmed The Worst of Evil.

Because of Lee Jung Ha’s excellent performance in portraying the role of Kim Bong Seok in Moving, he won an award for Best New Actor in TV.

Writer Kangfull who penned Moving took home the Best Screenplay in TV award.

And the Grand Prize goes to Moving! Because of its amazing plot, cinematography, and powerhouse cast members, there’s no doubt that this series will receive the highest award in Baeksang this year.
Moreover, Moving is a sci-fi series that tells the story of a group of South Korean special agents working to protect their super-powered children from harm and exploitation at the hands of malicious government agencies.
The Worst Evil tells the story of undercover police investigators who gain access to a large criminal organization that involves illegal drug trade between South Korea, China, and Japan.
Both Moving and The Worst Of Evil have enjoyed a wealth of critical acclaim to date, with Moving also taking home Best Creative, Best Visual Effects, Best Writer (Kangfull), Best Lead Actor (Ryu Seung Ryong), Best Newcomer Actor (Lee Jung Ha) and Best Newcomer Actress (Go Youn Jung) at Busan International Film Festival’s Asia Content Awards & Global OTT Awards, as well as the Best Series and Best Actress in a Series (Han Hyo Joo) awards at the 59th Daejong International Film Award.
