KARD’s BM makes solo comeback with 1st EP “Element”
On May 7, KARD’s BM released his 1st solo EP “Element.” This marks his 1st mini-album since his debut as an idol in 2017.

BM actively participated in the songwriting, composition, mixing, and arrangement of all the tracks, highlighting his color as an artist throughout the album. BM showed both his impressive vocals and rap, presenting the listeners a new side of him.

The title track “Nectar” is of the pop genre that portrays BM’s growth as a solo artist. His unique vocals combined with Jay Park’s feature creates a harmony that makes the song highly addictive. In the MV, BM’s groovy charm can be experienced as he is shown performing on stage with a dramatic atmosphere like in a musical.
The “Element” album is said to reflect BM’s curiosity about the various emotions that come from attraction between men and women, such as love, separation, and jealousy.

Overall, the EP includes 5 tracks, including “Embers” which is about the deep yearning felt by a couple toward each other, “Loyalty” which conveys various emotions about meeting the person one likes, “Motion” which is an exciting dance song with a unique message, and “Badgirl Badboy” (feat. KARD’s Somin) which has enjoyable melodies to listen to.
