Because of the pandemic, most live activities and events have been prohibited for the past two years, but last April 9-10, 2022, 16 PPOP groups gathered together in preparation for their incredible performances at the first-ever PPOP CON!
The event consists of two parts: a convention and a performance that took place both offline and online! Last April 9 and 10.
The PPOP Convention was held at the New Frontier Theater for two days. While the offline PPOP Concert took place at the Smart Araneta Coliseum, and the online version was broadcasted on KTX PH.
The convention featured performances by established and promising PPOP artists, fan engagement events, and booths, and was a fan gathering and celebration of Filipino pop culture and music!
At the convention, fans of different PPOP groups visited the booths of their favorite artist to get some freebies and official merchandise! There were also some fun games and activities prepared by the fanbases that everyone surely enjoys!
Below were the booths available at the convention!
For A’TIN’s, the available booths were Superior Son, RadKidz, SB19 Official, and A’TIN.
There are also booths prepared for 4th Impact PH by Dreamers, a booth by Magiliw Official, and Pearls.
There’s also a booth for 1st One that was prepared by For One Philippines, VXON booth by Vixies Official, and MNL48 booth by MNLoves.
Booth for BINI that was prepared by BLOOM PH, BGYO booth by ACEs, and KAIA booth by KAIA Trends PH.
PPOP Genetics also prepared a booth for PPOP Generation, Daydream booth by Dreamies, and R Rules booth by RRulers.
And more booths were prepared by Bullet Official, Calista PH, and DIONE PH.
Aside from the booths that fans can enjoy, there were performances as well.
Some of the groups that performed were DIONE, Calista, R Rules, Daydream, PPOP Generation, G22, KAIA, and VXON.
