“The Devil Judge” is coming on July 3!
In a few days, one of the most anticipated tvN drama of 2021, The Devil Judge, will finally be out!
“The Devil Judge” is top-billed by Ji Sung, Kim Min Jung, Got7‘s Jinyoung and Park Gyu Young. The story revolves on a dystopian Korea setting that wishes to convey a message about justice through a live broadcast wherein the whole nation can participate the trial.
The Casts
Ji Sung as Kang Yo Han
Is he a hero? Or a demon behind the mask of a judge?
Kang Yo Han is the head trial judge who wears the mask of the law to expose and punish those who are corrupt and greedy of power. However, his personality is still a secret to many as they are clueless what lies behind the handsome face.
Kim Min-Jung as Jung Sun A
Intelligent and beautiful.
She is Kang Yo Han’s rival and the director of Corporate Social Responsibility. Jung Sun A has connections with a lot of important individuals in the society. With this, she has the power and ability to control the nation.
Jin Young as Kim Ga On
Despite having a rough childhood, his character is considered as the most hopeful character in their dystopian world. His hard work made him to to be a respectable judge. He is also an associate to Kang Yo Han, whom he finds intentions are suspicious. They will eventually create an opposing atmosphere as he will seek whether the head judge’s verdict is correct.
Park Gyu-Young as Yoon Soo Hyun
She is a charismatic and an upright police detective in the regional investigation unit that seeks Kang Yo Han’s secrets. Yoon Soo Hyun is also Kim Ga On’s childhood friend who develops a one-sided love to him.
tvN also uploaded a video of the casts’ on a script reading session where they showcased their acting prowess. Ji Sung also shared that they have been filming since December and hoping that the series will come out as good as the effort that they give in.
