Lee Jong Suk in talks to star in upcoming drama!
We may be seeing Lee Jong Suk on our small screens again!
On September 13, Lee Jong Suk’s agency, Ace Factory announced that the actor received a casting offer to play the role of a veteran lawyer, Ahn Joo Hyung in the upcoming drama, Seochodong and he is currently reviewing it.
Seochodong will be helmed by director Park Seung Woo who previously worked in the fantasy romance in the 2016 series W where Lee Jong Suk also starred as Kang Chul. If he accepts the offer, this will be their project reunion after 8 years.
It was in 2022 when Lee Jong Suk starred in a noir drama, Big Mouth alongside Im Yoona. Jong Suk started his acting journey in 2010 with the series Prosecutor Princess and recently held his exhibition in Seoul “Invitation to With” as a commemoration of his 14th debut anniversary.
He is known for his impeccable acting prowess and remarkable for his roles in the dramas, I Can Hear Your Voice, Doctor Stranger, Pinocchio, While You Were Sleeping, W, The Hymn of Death, and Romance is a Bonus Book.
Meanwhile, Seochodong‘s filming is set to begin this year and is slated to release in 2025.
