Park Hyung Sik confirmed to star in upcoming SBS drama alongside Heo Joon Ho
We will be seeing Park Hyung Sik again in another series alongside Heo Joon Ho!
On September 13, SBS revealed that Park Hyung Sik is confirmed to star in their upcoming series, Treasure Island alongside, Heo Joon Ho.
Treasure Island depicts the story of a man who hacks a worth 2 trillion won political slush fund for his survival but ends up losing his memories.

Park Hyung Sik will portray the role of Seo Dong Ju, who is known for his photographic memory. He is the head of the external cooperation team at the Daesan Group. He is an ambitious person who wants to overtake Daesan when there is an opportunity.
He is remarkable for his roles in the dramas The Heirs, High Society, Hwarang, Strong Girl Bong Soon, Suits, Happiness, and Our Blooming Youth. He recently reunited with his The Heirs co-star Park Shin Hye in the healing rom-com series, Doctor Slump.

On the other hand, Heo Joon Ho plays the role of a well-off professor named Yum Jang Sun who is a former head of the National Intelligence Service (NIS).
Heo Joon Ho is known for his roles in the series, Snowdrop, Why Her, and Bloodhounds. He previously starred in the 2023 films, Dr. Cheon and Lost Talisman and Noryang: Deadly Sea.
Treasure Island is penned by Lee Myung Hee, who previously worked for Money Flower, and will be helmed by director Jin Chang Gyu, the mastermind behind the hit series, Military Prosecutor Doberman.
Meanwhile, filming for Treasure Island has already started and is slated to premiere in 2025.
