INFINITE celebrates their 14th debut anniversary with a live broadcast
As a dedicated fan of INFINITE, seeing the group mark their 14th year with a live show was truly moving and overwhelming. The live, named “Infinite Company’s 1st Anniversary Performance Announcement Press Conference,” was held on their YouTube page at 7 PM, KST on June 9th. It was a night full of old memories, love, and joy for us, INSPIRIT.
The group’s leader, Kim Sungkyu, also the CEO of Infinite Company, kicked off the live with a warm speech. His words touched us, reminding us of the road we’ve all walked together, stating, “All the moments of laughter and tears, encouraging and supporting each other, have made us stronger. Please continue to be with us so that INFINITE, INSPIRIT, and Infinite Company can shine even more.”
One of the best parts of the night was hearing the new song ‘Flower,’ which came out just an hour before the live broadcast. This song means a lot to us, fans. It felt like a deep note straight from the group’s heart when we heard it.
The broadcast also let us see what the members have been up to. Our maknae, Sungjong said he’s been resting and working out, Woohyun talked about his busy schedule with recording, and Sungkyu shared about his role in the musical “Dear Evan Hansen.” L also shared his latest drama “Dare to Love Me” while also preparing an album, Dongwoo is taking guitar, piano, and Chinese lessons, and Sungyeol mentioned he’s exercising and preparing extensively for the fan meeting. Their updates made us feel connected and excited about their individual journeys.
The members said their endless thank you, sharing “I am very grateful to be able to greet you as INFINITE for such a long time. Thank you very much to all the INSPIRITs who have been by our side for a long time. Please give us a lot of love for our new song ‘Flower,’ and let’s meet at the upcoming “Infinite Rally.””
To celebrate, INFINITE dropped a new song for fans, ‘Flower,’ on music sites on June 9th. Also, after seven years, they plan to meet fans at a big event, “Infinite Rally IV,” on July 13th and 14th at Jamsil Indoor Stadium. This fan meeting will be special, letting fans from all over join and share joy with the group.
As an INSPIRIT, this anniversary really shows the unbreakable bond we share with INFINITE. Happy 14th anniversary, INFINITE! We will always be by your side~
