BTS’s Jung Kook announced the release of his second solo digital single “3D (feat. Jack Harlow)” two months after the release of his debut single, “Seven (feat. Latto).” This debut garnered him a No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100.
“3D” is an R&B pop track that makes use of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd dimensions to express the desire to be connected to someone. The song features multiple GRAMMY-nominated rapper and actor, Jack Harlow. “Following ‘Seven,’ the new track will showcase Jung Kook’s growth as a solo artist,” as said by BIGHIT MUSIC.
On September 23, Jung Kook also became the first South Korean to headline the Global Citizen Festival. He performed his solo tracks, “Euphoria”, “Still With You”, as well as “Seven”, which featured a surprise guest appearance from Latto herself. He also performed a medley of BTS hits, “Permission to Dance,” “Dynamite,” and “Butter,” and gave a sneak peek at his upcoming single “3D.”
“Thank you for taking action to be here tonight. Let’s keep making an impact together to make sure everyone, everywhere has access to their basic rights,” Jung Kook remarked in an interview with Global Citizen.
“3D (feat. Jack Harlow)” will be available on all streaming platforms worldwide on September 29. To pre-save and pre-order, check out this link.
