ICYMI: Upcoming Korean movie “Hwaran” starring Song Joong Ki and Hong Xa Bin releases main poster and trailer
We are getting nearer to finally seeing another masterpiece in the last quarter of this year!
Hwaran is a noir and intense film that tells the story of a boy named Yeon Kyu (Hong Xa Bin), who was experiencing the harsh reality of life with his sister Ha Yan (Bibi). He took the risk by joining an organization after meeting Chi Gun (Song Joong Ki) knowing that his life was at stake and would put him in danger. The life that they are living within the darkness and the intensity of pain they have felt are what they commonly have.
The film is directed by Kim Chang Hoon, it premiered at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival and will officially be released in cinema on the 11th of October 2023.
