Most of us know that K-Pop star, Kwon Yuri is a member of the girl group, Girls’ Generation. She debuted with the group on August 5, 2007, with the track, ‘Into the New World.’

Aside from performing with her group, she also released her debut solo album, ‘The First Scene’ on October 4, 2018. She also released the music video for her title track, ‘Into You’ that same day.

In an episode of ‘Cool Kiz on the Block,’ Yuri did the butterfly stroke and was commended by the hosts for doing it perfectly and professionally. She also shared that if she weren’t a K-Pop idol, she would have been a swimmer since she wanted to become one when she was young.

In some of her variety show guestings, Yuri flexes her flexibility by showing her knowledge and love for yoga. It was mentioned in her ‘Running Man’ guesting that she has been doing yoga for a very long time. Her reason for doing this is that it lessened her anger and wanted to meditate.
