BTS holds a new Guinness World Record for the most-watched online concert!
BTS adds a new Guinness World Record with their online performance. This is during ‘Bang Bang Con: The Live’ on June 14.
British Guinness World Record announces on its official website on June 22:
“BTS ‘Bang Bang Con: The Live’ achieves a new Guinness World Record with a live streaming music concert watched by the most viewers, 756,000 fans from over 100 countries tuned in to their online performance on June 14″

Also, the organization says that:
“BTS holds several records for being the first K-Pop Artist who ranked first on the U.S. album chart, most Twitter engagements overall, fastest to reach one million followers on TikTok and many more”.
‘Bang Bang Con: The Live’ is the world’s biggest paid online music concert as they reach millions of viewers in 107 regions (as of this writing). And, it was evaluated that BTS presented new possibilities through online performances.
BTS reaches a new record with their 4th Japanese album ‘MAP OF THE SOUL: 7 ~ THE JOURNEY’. Since its release, it has over 56,298 sales and counting.
It was also ranked first on the Oricon chart’s weekly album chart. This is the first weekly sales of the said album released in Japan.
