Kang Ha Neul is considering to star in a new K-drama with Gong Hyo Jin!
On February 18, drama official said that Kang Ha Neul is appearing on the upcoming KBS2TV drama ‘When the Camellia Blooms’.
Kang Ha Neul will be discharged from his military service this May and is currently reviewing the project according to his agency, SEM Company. While the female lead was offered to actress Gong Hyo Jin last year.
‘When the Camellia Blooms’ is a romantic comedic thriller drama about a single mother who runs a bar called Camellia and gets involved in three men – a good mand, a bad man and a cheap man. If accepted, Kang Ha Neul will play the role of a neighborhood policeman who is honest, simple and naive but has some sexiness.
The drama is written by Im Sang Choon of ‘Fight For My Way’ and will be directed by Cha Young Hoon of ‘Uncontrollably Fond’ and ‘Are You Human Too?’. It is set to premier in the second half of the year.
