We all know that WM Entertainment is the home of the Kpop idols like OH MY GIRL, I (Cha Yoon Ji) and B1A4. Last August 3, 2017, WM Entertainment introduced their newest addition to their growing family of talented idols. They are the seven-member idol group called ONF. They debuted through the music show ‘M-Countdown’.
It’s members namely Hyojin, E-tion, J-Us, Wyatt, MK, U and Laun are ready to make you fall for them on their upcoming comeback on June 7, 2018 with their 2nd mini album, YOU COMPLETE ME.

ONF is divided into two sub-unit groups, the TEAM ‘ON’ and TEAM ‘OFF’.
The Team ‘ON’ focuses on the singing part. They are in-charged of the vocals and has a bright image that can surely win your heart.
Let’s get to know the members of the first team. 🙂
HYOJIN (Real Name: Kim Hyojin) was born on April 22, 1994. He serves as the leader of ‘ON’ team. His hobby is singing and has a collection of shoes. He became famous after appearing on the survival reality show, Mixnine and made it as a finalist with his co-member Laun.
E-TION (Real Name: Lee Changyoon) was born on December 24, 1994. He’s the lead vocal of the group. His hobby is watching tv whenever they have a free time. He doesn’t like spicy foods. His stage name simply means ‘Lee Changyoon Sensation’.
MK (Real Name: Park Minkyun) was born on November 16, 1995. He’s also the lead vocal and sub rapper of the group. He was very fond of cats that’s why he was dubbed as ‘Cat Butler’. Before Mixnine, MK also joined the other survival reality show called ‘No Mercy’ but didn’t made it to the finals. He and E-tion has a special talent which they can imitate the voice of other singers and celebrities.
While the ‘OFF’ team focuses on choreography. Technically, they’re in-charged of the dancing and giving life to their upbeat songs.

J-US (Real Name: Lee Seungjoon) was born on January 13, 1995. He’s the Leader of the ‘OFF’ team. He’s also the sub vocalist and lead dancer of the group. He’s also known as “Ppyounge Man”.

He’s good at playing table tennis and likes to watch dramas. (Oh mga bes, mukhang si J-US na ang K-drama buddy na hinahanap mo… <3)
His stage name means ‘Seungjoon and Us’. ^^
WYATT (Real Name: Shim Jaeyoung) was born on January 23, 1995. He’s the main rapper of the group.
He lived in Kazakhstan when he was young. He’s also good in dancing especially in Krumping.
He was trained for 7 years. He likes to read books and watch movies. Aside from korean, he also speaks english. His stage name simply means ‘Brave’.
U (Real Name: Mizuguchi Yuto) was born on March 16, 1999. U doesn’t have a korean blood and comes from Osaka, Japan. So far, he was the only Non-korean artist of WM Entertainment. He was the main dancer of the group. Even though he’s japanese, his korean is so good that they even called him ‘Kim Yuto’. He loves to eat bread and likes spicy food. He was a former JYP Entertainment trainee.
His stage name means ‘Unique’.
LAUN (Real Name: Kim Minseok) was born on March 16, 1999. He’s the Sub Vocalist, Main Dancer and the Maknae of the group. He’s also known as the Milk Guy because he loves to drink Milk. He also loves collecting Pens and watching movies. He and their leader, Hyojin made it to the top 9 debut team of survival reality show, Mixnine. He was a former Big Hit Entertainment trainee. His stage name was given by his co-member, E-tion. He doesn’t drink fizzy drinks like Soda.
B1A4’s brother group is indeed the next group to watch out for.
In my opinion, I’m not into groups that is younger than me but ONF has this vibe that can capture your heart easily. Before they debuted, they are known as WM Boys and some of my international bana friends (most especially solid WM stans) are already promoting them.
As a Bana, I really hope to see them grow like their B1A4 sunbae-nims. ONF Fighting!
