Foods To Try In South Korea!

South Korea is popular for its delicacies. There are mouthwatering foods everywhere. Mygad!  #FoodIsLifeu talaga bes!

Things I noticed:

  • Most of their dishes are spicy, kahit yung “not spicy” nila is spicy parin. Hahahaha. But then the weather is cold kaya masarap kumain ng maanghang.
  • They also love side dishes, laging full yung table namin kahit saan kami kumain.
A great tip is to book restaurant reservations, and we found out that Klook is the easiest way to do it (Super hassle free promise). Pagdating mo sa restaurant, papakita mo nalang yung klook reservation mo and they’ll  immediately assist you. One tip lang is to go there according to your time of reservation.

1. The ever popular “Egg Bun” in Myeongdong

It costs around 2,000 Won. It’s good, it taste like pancake of course with egg on top, ang sarap din nung may pa sesame seeds na flavor! It’s a must try when you visit the place.

2.  Dakgalbi (Korean Stir-fried Spicy Chicken With Cheese) in Gangnam

It costs around 10,000 Won per order. Pero they require 2 orders kaya mga nasa 20,000 Won siya. Yung rice was an additional 1,000 Won.  It’s good, maanghang siya talaga, I think most of their food kahit mild spicy lang maanghang na lalo na for  someone who don’t like spicy foods.  The serving is big. Nakakabusog din yung side dishes nila. I guarantee you mabubusog ka talaga sa meal na ‘to.

3. Korean Mochi Bread

Nakasale sya at that time so we bought it for 1000 Won (Original price was 2,000 Won). It’s super yummy. Yung crust palang nya is tasty na. Para syang korean version ng pandesal. Hahaha.

Both Noodles costs around 16,000 Won. After the long walks in Nami, I am sure mapapagod ka rin, at maghahanap ng foods kasi nga #FoodIsLifeu hahaha. Anyways, there are lots of restaurants to choose from naman.

Pero tip lang, if you want to hot food, wag nyong orderin yung cold buckwheat noodles, hahahaha, literal na may yelo kasi bes, and maginaw sa Nami kaya hot food is preferable. Hahahaha. Gusto ko lang talagang ma-try yung Buckwheat noodles kaya yan yung inorder ko.

6. Fishcake Bar in Myeongdong

It costs around 5000 Won. It’s fishcake wrapped in sausage, crab stick, cheese, rice cake, etc. Super tasty nya and a must try while walking shopping around.
