The stars aligned for Lee Minho and PH MINOZ at the MINHOVERSE Fanmeeting in Manila

Our OG oppa is finally back in Manila!

Top Hallyu star Lee Minho finally came back to the Philippines to hold his Lee Minho Fanmeeting Tour 2025 ‘MINHOVERSE’. MINOZ, his fans, are excited for his return to the Philippines and have been actively sharing their thoughts about this fanmeeting the moment it was announced last January.

Last April 26 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena, MINOZ gathered to welcome their oppa to the Philippine stage again. As early as 4 PM, fans start to enter the venue with excitement and happiness. When the clock struck 6 PM, the excitement doubled as Lee Minho entered the stage.

Together with his live band, Lee Minho opened his fanmeeting with his song “I Love You.” Loud screams and cheers welcomed Lee Minho as he performed for MINOZ. For a lot of his fans, this was probably their first time seeing him. It was a surreal moment for sure, and his song “I Love You” was the perfect way to start the first meeting of Lee Minho and his dear fans.

Kring Kim, the host of the fanmeeting, formally welcomed Lee Minho and the audience. Lee Minho finally greeted his fans, and they responded with even louder screams, in which Lee Minho commended the passion of Filipino fans. He said that the passion of the Filipino fans is really on another level, and he experienced the same welcome the last time he was in the Philippines for an event. He even spoke in Filipino and said the words “mahal kita” at “mahal ko kayo.”

Fans asked Lee Minho some questions, and he gladly answered them. One of the questions was, “When do you think you feel the cutest?”, in which he answered that he never thought he was cute, but MINOZ thinks he is, so he thinks he is cute now. He definitely is cute and handsome!

Another question that was asked was, “Among all the characters you played, which one resembles you the most in real life?”, and Lee Minho shared that in every character he plays, it has a little bit of himself. He even asked the audience who they think resembles him the most, and most of the answers were Goo Junyo and Kim Tan.

Lee Minho also shared his MBTI in four facial expressions. He had a hard time acting out his MBTI, but he was successful in this part since the fans guessed it right. Lee Minho’s MBTI is ENTP (Extraverted, iNtuitive, Thinking, and Perceiving).

The last question he received was from a fan asking how he relieves his stress. Lee Minho firmly answered that sleep is his way of relieving his stress, and he happily shared that he slept for 15 hours when he arrived in the Philippines.

Lee Minho happily joined a game about his dramas for the next part. On the screen, it showed videos of the confession scenes from his dramas (When The Stars Gossip, The Heirs, Boys Over Flowers), and he shared that as long as the confession of love is heartfelt and sincere, it’s okay. He added that he likes Kim Tan’s confession as it is a combination of understanding and respect.

The next videos were the kiss scenes from his dramas (When The Stars Gossip, The King: Eternal Monarch, The Legend of the Blue Sea), and he shared that the most challenging kiss scene to do is When The Stars Gossip as they’re acting like they are in zero gravity.

Lee Minho went on to play a game of battle of his dramas, showing the ending scenes. Lee Minho shared that the ending of When The Stars Gossip is memorable to him, as the last line from the drama was impactful:

Every being is a miracle on its own – Gong Ryong

He added that the ending gave him a new perspective in life and showed him the importance of it. He said, “We are living day by day. Everyday is a miracle. Make the most out of it.”

In the latter part of the fanmeeting, lucky fans were called to the stage to play games such as “tumbang preso” and “pop the balloons” with Lee Minho.

Lee Minho and the fans had a lovely interaction on stage, and it was really a nice sight to see. Everyone was having fun, and Lee Minho made sure that the fans were less nervous on the stage. Unfortunately, there will always be nervousness, so seeing the fans losing their mind while in front of Lee Minho was so fun to see!

Nonetheless, Lee Minho and the fans had a great time playing together, and they even received gifts from Lee Minho after the game!

Whenever Lee Minho leaves the stage during the fanmeeting, video segments and behind-the-scenes videos are shown on the screen. There was never a dull moment that night!

As the fanmeeting comes to a close, a video presentation from MINOZ Philippines was shown on the screen. Lee Minho was really thankful for everyone who came to see him. He appreciates all the love he has received all these years.

Lee Minho and MINOZ took a photo to commemorate the special night. Everyone was all smiles, and you could feel the love and happiness that everyone received.

MINHOVERSE in Manila was a fun experience. Lee Minho showed his amazing singing skills with the songs “I Love You,” “Without You,” “Always,” “Good Night Good Dream,” and more. He talked about his dramas and the processes it took to finish them. He talked about the emotions he felt while playing these characters. He played games with his fans who had waited for this moment for so long.

During that night, Lee Minho proved why he’s loved after all these long years: his dedication to his work and thoughtfulness towards his fans is what kept him grounded and successful.

For most of us, it was the night we finally met our first love. It was a night we will forever cherish. Thank you for coming to see us, Lee Minho oppa. You will always be special in our hearts.
