Lee Min Ho and Kim Go Eun started filming for new drama “The King: The Eternal Monarch”

The upcoming drama of Lee Min Ho and Kim Go Eun entitled “The King: The Eternal Monarch” started filming on October 24, 2019.

According to Korean media outlets, the team started filming in North Chungcheong Province, one of the main settings of the said drama.

Also, a fan account uploaded an Instagram post regarding on the filming of the drama in the said location.

The King: The Eternal Monarch” is a fantasy-romance drama written by Kim Eun Sook, one of South Korea’s well-known screenwriter.

The said drama is the comeback of Lee Min Ho after he was discharged from his military service.

It was reported that the script reading occured last September and the drama will be air in early 2020 via SBS TV.
