Yook Sungjae, Bona, and Kim Ji Hoon confirmed to star in new historical romance series “Return to the Palace”
BTOB’s Yook Sungjae, WJSN’s Kim Jiyeon (Bona), and Kim Ji Hoon will be starring in the upcoming SBS drama “Return to the Palace”! It is scheduled to air next year.

“Return to the Palace” is a historical fantasy romance series about a government officer in the palace, a granddaughter of a famous shaman, and a reformist king. It is the new project by the PD of “Mr. Queen,” produced by iWill Media, Yook Sungjae’s agency.
Yook Sungjae, known for starring in various dramas like “The Golden Spoon,” “Mystic Pop-Up Bar,” “Goblin,” and “Who Are You: School 2015,” will be playing the double role of Yoon Gap and Imoogi. Yoon Gap is a prosecutor who wants to protect the palace, while Imoogi is the evil spirit who possessed him.

Kim Jiyeon (Bona), known for starring in dramas like “Pyramid Game,” “Joseon Attorney,” and “Twenty-Five Twenty-One,” will be playing the role of Yeo Ri, who possesses magical powers and stands up to the ghost that holds a grudge against the royal family.
