“Red Swan” starring Rain and Kim Haneul is coming exclusively to Disney+ on July 3!
Another conspirational drama is set to debut on Disney+ this July!
Red Swan is a romantic revenge drama that depicts the story of a woman named Oh Wan Soo who is married to Kim Yong Kook, the heir to one of Korea’s top conglomerates. Wan Soo and Yong Kook may seem to have a perfect marriage to everyone, but it turns out that Yong Kook has been a long time unfaithful to his wife. Wan Soo is aware of her husband’s infidelity and has worked hard to try and keep their marriage together.
The appearance of a mysterious bodyguard named Seo Do Yoon creates tension in the story since Wan Soo’s loyalty will be tested. Little does she know that Do Yoon has an ulterior motive for approaching her.
Kim Haneul puts to life the character named Oh Wan Soo, a former world-class Golfer who is a current Goodwill Ambassador. She is the wife of Kim Yong Guk. Haneul recently starred in a thriller series, Nothing Uncovered.
Ghost Doctor star, Rain transforms into a charismatic mysterious bodyguard with an ulterior motive named Seo Do Yoon.
On the other hand, Jung Gyu Woon and Seo Yi Sook will portray the roles of Kim Yong Kook and Park Mi Ran in the series, respectively.
Red Swan is penned by writer Choi Yoon Jung the woman behind the dramas, Only Love and Three Sisters. It is helmed by Director Park Hong Kyun who previously worked on the series, A Korean Odyssey and Warm and Cozy.
Red Swan arrives this July 3, exclusively on Disney+.
