NCT Doyoung successfully releases solo debut album entitled ‘YOUTH’
On April 22nd, Doyoung of idol group NCT releases his solo album ‘YOUTH’ with the title track ‘Little Light’.
The album has 10 tracks, including the special track ‘Time Machine’ featuring Girl’s Generation’s Taeyeon and fellow NCT member Mark, who also wrote the lyrics of the song.
In an interview, Doyoung said, “I’m confident that I made good use of the tracklist. It has emotions that naturally follow and feel. These days, I listen to only the title track of the album, but I’m confident that my album is suitable for listening to tracks 1 through 10.”
His brother, actor Gong Myoung, also has an important participation in the album as a narrator who will introduce the songs. Doyoung said that he wanted to make the album feel like a book so each song has a separate introduction.
Doyoung will hold his first solo concert ‘Dear Youth,’ at the Peace Hall of Kyung Hee University in Seoul on the 25th and 26th of May.
