The ‘LUCKY’ comeback of HORI7ON supported by their passionate Anchors
It’s indeed a LUCKY era for HORI7ON as Anchors show their unwavering support for the 7 members.
It’s been almost 2 months since global pop group HORI7ON made their official comeback through a showcase in the Philippines with their single ‘LUCKY‘. The members have been working hard to promote by having fansigning events in different SM Malls in their home country.
Starting with the fansigning event at SM Lanang in Davao, HORI7ON delighted their fans as they interacted with them and gave them the performances they worked hard for.
As of this writing, HORI7ON already went to 13 SM malls to meet more of their Anchors. In return, they have been tirelessly supporting their beloved idol group through onsite and online activities.
For the fansigning events, every participant must purchase a “suitcase” to be able to have it signed by HORI7ON member/s.
One of the Anchors who have participated in all fansigning events is Gergie, a part of Kimchis Army (HORI7ON Kim‘s official fanbase). She started with the first fansigning event at SM Lanang and shared that it was her first time going to Mindanao. A familiar face to the members, she said that she still remembers how shocked they were to see her in Davao. That was her first travel without her family but she enjoyed travelling with other Anchors for every mall show. Her mom also attended the event at SM City Baliwag, making the whole experience more memorable for her.
For Gergie, consistent presence in events for HORI7ON is a way of supporting them and making them feel that there are Anchors who would always cheer for them.
Wan, an admin of HORI7ON Marcus Global, has attended all fansigning events like Gergie. Meeting new Anchors from different places and the happy experiences at every event are memories that he will never forget.
His motivation for attending all the shows in different cities and provinces is his love for HORI7ON and his fellow Anchors who wait for his updates. He shared that his updates on TikTok about the events help in gaining the attention of casual viewers as well.
Another Anchor who supports HORI7ON in his own way is Bry. He owns an active update account on X (formerly Twitter) and is known within the fandom as @justforvinster.
After attending 3 fansigning events, Bry said that everything was a very surreal experience. “It’s a different feeling when the people you idolize are in front of you. The feeling of being able to talk, interact, and have a picture with them is like a dream that I never expected to happen or experience in my entire life.”, he added.
Seeing his idols working hard and their dedication to their craft, Bry gets motivated to keep striving, keep dreaming, and keep going in life.
Anchors are also determined to introduce HORI7ON to more people by doing fan projects that will help collate albums, suitcases, and promotional materials donated by generous Anchors to distribute to non-Anchors in every mall.
True to the meaning of their name, Anchor, which provides protection, hope, and stability for HORI7ON’s ship, they have been proving their love for HORI7ON through their passion and dedication to making every fansigning event successful.
