K-Magic Live: An enchanting night with Hyoyeon, Yugyeom, and Taemin!

AHGASEs, SHAWOLs, and SONEs were all enchanted and charmed by how K-Magic Live was a blast!

It’s Friday the 13th but everyone who attended the concert felt the luckiest. Well, who wouldn’t if you have Girls’ Generation‘s Hyoyeon, GOT7’s Yugyeom, and SHINee’s Taemin in one show? It was a moment of oneness and solidarity among the fandoms. The colors of lightsticks blended so well just like how the fans cheered and screamed for every artist at SM Mall of Asia Arena.

HYOYEON

No need to look for a second because Hyoyeon captivated everyone the very moment she entered the stage. Also known as DJ HYO, her set started with “Picture”. Everyone gasped at how dazzling she was. Her next song was “Deep” which made everyone so whipped for her.

After this, Denise Laurel, the event’s host, came up on stage to interview her. Hyoyeon said that it’s been a while since she last came to the Philippines and made a pinky promise that she would be back. Hyo asked about a place she could visit in the Philippines and fans collectively answered, “Sa bahay namin“. Fans also made Hyo’s night extra special when everyone sang her a happy birthday.

YUGYEOM

Yugyeom’s back in Manila and he took down the stage once again with his powerful opening performance of “I Want U Around”. He greeted the audience with him mentioning that he was from GOT7 and AOMG (his agency).

With his smooth vocals, insane dance moves, and powerful stage presence, fans and non-fans were undoubtedly pulled by his charm. The way he constantly roamed around the stage and looked everyone directly in the eyes while singing gave so many butterflies in their stomach. Feeling so kilig was truly an understatement!

It felt like a mini concert as he performed 12 songs. Some of these are “Take You Down”, “All About You”, “Say Nothing”, All Your Fault”, “Love The Way”, “Ponytail”, the unreleased song “Always Ready”, and “Lolo”.

To end his set, he performed GOT7’s popular song “Hard Carry” which made everyone extremely hyped up and fans in the VIP section were splashed by water. It was followed by “119 Remix” and “Who You” from their AOMG Follow the Movement World Tour.
