Jisung and Jeon Mi Do in talks to star in upcoming crime thriller drama!
We might be seeing another great tandem soon!
It was announced on September 12 by SURPASS Entertainment, Jisung‘s agency, and BISTUS Entertainment, Jeon Mi Do’s agency that they both received a casting offer to star in the upcoming SBS Drama, Connection.
If Jisung accepts the offer, he will transform into a meticulous inspector named Jang Jae Kyung.
His recent drama was the fantasy romance series, Adamas. It was in 2017 when he last starred in a thriller drama called, Innocent Defendant and won a grand prize for playing the role of Park Jung Woo.
Jeon Mi Do recently appeared in the drama, Thirty-Nine. She is popular for playing the role of Chae Song Hwa in one of the hit medical series, Hospital Playlist. It was in 2018 when she had her small-screen debut through the drama, Mother.
Connection is a crime thriller series that depicts the distorted friendship while unveiling the story behind the death of a high school friend who died leaving behind 5 billion won insurance money.
It is slated to premiere in the first half of 2024!
