Prepare for an extraordinary cinematic journey as the 2023 Korean Film Festival (KFF) proudly presents ‘Ka-ja! Korea Through Films.’
The 2023 Korean Film Festival (KFF), themed ‘Ka-ja! Korea Through Films’ is set to captivate audiences from September 22 to 26.

The event promises to transport you deep into the heart of Korean cinema, showcasing seven acclaimed Korean films, each offering a cinematic tour of Korea’s stunning landscapes.
Featured films include ‘Life is Beautiful,’ ‘The Book of Fish,’ ‘Bori,’ ‘Director’s Intention,’ ‘Everglow,’ ‘Gyeongju,’ and ‘Jukdo Surfing Diary,’ each shot in picturesque Korean locations.
Moreover, each of these films was meticulously shot in various places, including Gangneung, Busan, Jeju, Gyeongju, Yangyang, Paju, and Sinan.

This event is organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea and the Korean Cultural Center in the Philippines (KCC), in partnership with the Korean Film Council (KOFIC), Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP), SM Cinema, and the Korea Tourism Organization Manila Office (KTO).

Moreover, KCC is also introducing its ‘Meet the Mentor’ series in collaboration with K-Movie Producers and De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde (DLS-CSB).

The K-Movie production talk show will take place at DLS-CSB’s Digital Screening Film Room, Design + Arts Campus, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The movie in the spotlight is the 2022 box-office hit ‘Life is Beautiful,’ with discussions from special panel members, including The Lamp CEO Park Eunkyung and film production director Lee Yeonhwa, as they engage in an enlightening conversation about the craft of producing Korean films.
