Welcome back to PH: TAN’s return to Manila

The long-awaited moment arrived as TAN, the Korean boy group sensation, set foot in Manila once again on September 1. With fans eagerly awaiting for their return after 10 months, the group wasted no time in holding a press conference to share their experiences and excitement about being back in the Philippines.

One of the first things the TAN members did was express their gratitude for the unwavering support of their Filipino fans. Changsun, Jiseong, Sunghyuk, Taehoon, Hyunyeop, Jooan, and Jaejun all took turns thanking their SODAs. They also shared how much they missed the Philippines and Filipino SODAs during their time away.

During the press conference, TAN members reminisced about their previous visit to the Philippines. They fondly recalled exploring renowned Filipino landmarks. The group also savored the taste of celebrated Filipino culinary delights like halo-halo, crispy pata, sinigang, and Jollibee. These experiences left a lasting impression on them, making their return even more special.

The group took the opportunity to discuss their highly anticipated 3rd mini album, ‘TAN MADE [I].’ They shared their thoughts on the album’s significance, emphasizing that the title reflects their journey of self-love and self-confidence. With seven incredible tracks, the album showcases their growth as artists and their commitment to pushing creative boundaries.

One of the highlights was when TAN members discussed their title track, ‘HEARTBEAT.’ They spoke about the music video, which quickly garnered over 4 million views on YouTube in less than three weeks The group performed ‘HEARTBEAT’ on several notable South Korean music programs, displaying their captivating vocals, intricate choreography, and stunning visuals.

TAN’s press conference marked a triumphant return to Manila after almost a year. The members’ heartfelt gratitude, fond memories of their previous visit, and excitement about their new album and upcoming mall shows resonated deeply with their fans.

As the countdown to their mall shows begins, the anticipation and excitement among Filipino SODAs have reached new heights, ensuring that TAN’s comeback will be nothing short of legendary.
