In October 2022, news articles about a new dating reality show were released and viewers were in great anticipation for National MC Yoo Jae Suk joining as one of the hosts.
SKIP is a fast-paced dating show with the concept of a “one-day group blind date”. The show will have 4 men and 4 women who will experience a direct take on finding love.
The participants will have the chance to get to know each other by showing their charm and talking to the person they choose with limited time.

PD Jung Chul Min who was also the PD of tvN’s Sixth Sense explained that while the format of most dating shows recently is having men and women stay in one accommodation for a certain period of time, the intention of the new show is to present a fun, pleasant, and quick blind date for people who don’t have much time because of their busy lives.
The chemistry of the 3 MCs are expected. Yoo Jae Suk who had experiences with blind dates, Jeon So Min who is a self-proclaimed Love Cupid, and Nucksal who is a newlywed will surely bring more fun and humor to the show.
The first episode that was aired last December 15th showed the different approach of the dating show which brought refreshing fun for the viewers.
