Synopsis: A heartwarming story of a young man named Yoon Gyeo Rye who has been struggling in life. He goes to volunteer at a hospice hospital. Along with the staff, they hear out and fulfill the last wishes of various people at the end of their lives.

The drama was inspired by an actual organization in the Netherlands that fulfills the wishes of terminal cancer patients.
