Yoo Seung Ho in talks to star in new historical drama, "Thinking of the Moon when the Flowers Bloom"

After Yoo Seung Ho‘s mystery and fantasy drama Memorist with Lee Se Young last year, he is now in talks to star in an upcoming historical-romance drama, Thinking of the Moon when the Flowers Bloom (literal title).

According to his agency, Story J Company on February 1, “Yoo Seung Ho has been offered to play the main role of KBS 2TV’s new drama, Thinking of the Moon when the Flowers Bloom and is now reviewing it.”

The story will take place during the period of the strongest prohibition law in Joseon history and Yoo Seung Ho was offered to portray a good looking, intelligent, diligent, and persistent character named inspector Nam Young.

Moreover, it was in 2017 when he last starred in a historical drama titled The Emperor: Owner of the Mask along with Kim Myungsoo and Kim So Hyun.

Thinking of the Moon when the Flowers Bloom aims to premiere in the second half of 2021.
