SF9’s Rowoon and Won Jin Ah confirms to star in JTBC’s upcoming drama

SF9’s Rowoon and Won Jin Ah confirmed to appear in JTBC’s upcoming drama “Sunbae, Don’t Put on that Lipstick.”

Both actor and actress confirmed their appearance as stated in the report on May 25.

Won Jin Ah will be playing the role of Yoon Song Ah, she is a professional brand marketer who aims to open her own cosmetics company.

While Rowoon will take on the role of Chae Hyeun Sung, a straight forward hoobae (junior).

Moreso, expectations are high for Won Jin Ah and Rowoon as they both showed great acting skills on their previous dramas.

Won Jin Ah recently appeared in 2019 drama “Melting Me Softly“. Her other dramas are “Just Between Lovers” and “Life.”

“Sunbae, Don’t Put on that Lipstick” is set to premiere in the first half of 2021.

SF9’s Rowoon is currently in talks to star in JTBC’s new drama “Lipstick”!

According from News 1 report on April 29, Rowoon has selected to be the lead of JTBC’s upcoming romance drama.

“Lipstick” is based in a web novel that tells a romance story between a straight foward junior and his senior. It is written by Chae Yoon and will be directed by Lee Dong Yoon.

Rowoon debuted as a member of K-pop boy band SF9 in 2016. Aside from singing and dancing skills, he also showcased his talent in acting.

He starred in various dramas such as School 2017, Where Stars Land and more. His popularity rises after starring as the lead in MBC’s drama Extraordinary You.

Recently, it was also announced that Rowoon is the new face of Gongcha.

“Lipstick” is set to premiere in the second half of 2020.
