4 K-Dramas That Will Make You Swoon Over Choi Siwon

Choi Siwo, the visual of Super Junior, UNICEF Ambassador, a tall, dark and handsome type of guy that can make a girl swoon over him. But he’s more than what our eyes can see ’cause he’s hilarious too. Well, he’s been in entertainment industry for more than a decade but I just discovered him last 2017 (what the heck I was doing?)

Whether you’re a new fan of Siwon or not, these Kdramas will make you fall in love with his handsome face and of course, his sense of humor:

1. Legend of Hyang Dan (2007)

A two-episode drama series with a twist. Lee Mong Ryong (Siwon) fell in love with Hyang Dan more than Chun-hyang as opposed to classic story. His young and naive looking face (plus the dimples) in this drama is one of the reason why you’ll fall for Siwon.

2. Oh! My Lady (2010)

A story of an arrogant and bad acting celebrity Sung Min Woo (Siwon) who’s in a dilemma when his girlfriend left him alone to take care of their child. He has no choice but to take the “win-win contract” with his former cleaning maid ahjumma Yoon Gae Hwa (Chae Rim) to help him take care of the kid. From being cold to a loving father to Ye Eu will make you think that he can be a really good father in the future.

3. She Was Pretty (2015)

He portrayed the roles of weird but funny reporter Kim Shin Hyuk and the anonymous writer only known as “Ten”. He fell in love with positive and cheerful Kim Hye Jin or he teasingly called “Jackson” (Hwang Jeung Eum) despite of her appearance . His funny antics and hilarious faces will keep you laughing in every episode.

This is also my favorite of all his K-drama. If you have watched this then you can’t blame me 🙂

4. Revolutionary Love (2017)

He portrayed the role of Byun Hyuk, a and rich guy-turned broke then become a part-timer through the help of Baek Joon (Kang Sora), the girl who changed his perspective about life. She didn’t know his true identity and later on found out about it but she still stick to his side until the end. This is also a drama where Siwon gave his best as a funny actor.

Recently, he started filming his upcoming drama ‘My Fellow Citizen’ together with Lee Yoo Young and Kim Min Jung. It is set to premiere this March 2019.
