Kim Sung Kyu successfully held his last stop “LV4: Leap to Vector” in Manila!
Last stop but definitely not least. After a decade, Kim Sung Kyu reunites with PH Inspirits!
On June 28, Kim Sung Kyu successfully held his “LV4: Leap to Vector” at SM North Edsa Skydome. This is his last stop for this tour, so PH Inspirits make the most of it; enjoy the night and create wonderful memories with their precious Kyu.
The fans warmly welcomed Sung Kyu as he entered the stage, kicking off the show with his song, Over It, which was recently released as one of the tracks of his EP, OFF THE MAP, looking so charming playing his guitar, followed by Till Sunrise and 41th. “Kumusta po kayong lahat. Ako po si Kim Sung Kyu,” he greeted everyone. He said it’s been 11 years since he came to Manila and thanked everyone for coming, expressing how glad he was to see everyone again.
He added that, for this tour, he was able to release his album, OFF THE MAP, and Leap to Vector, which includes the determination for him to grow and climb up one more step.
Kim Sung Kyu shows off how talented he is through different performances; his setlist includes I Need You, Sorry, Because, 60sec, Shine, Small Talk, Climax, Portrait, When I think About You, Answer, Sentimental, Kontrol, Stuck On, Closer, Savior, You, Fog, City of Angels, and Dreaming.
Sung Kyu teased fans with Infinite’s upcoming activity: “The biggest goal or thought right now is to finish this tour successfully. After finishing this LV4 tour successfully, I’m thinking of preparing for the Infinite Assembly, and together with the members, we’re planning to release new songs. The “Infinite Assembly V” is planning to be available around August or the end of August.”
He also shared his upcoming solo project and said, “Yesterday, before coming here to Manila, I was able to prepare for the second extended play. Whenever there is available time, I’m doing my best to give you more songs. So please look forward to it around next year.”
Through this show, we witnessed his music artistry and his strong connection with the fans. Lucky Inspirits got to embrace him; one wished to get a hug from him before she gets married, and Sung Kyu granted it. He is the sweetest!
Moreover, Kim Sung Kyu delighted fans with his encore songs, It Will Be, True Love, Daydream, 60sec, wrapping the show with his song, Climax, where everyone was jumping, singing, and shouting their hearts out! We really had a blast.
That night was one of the best nights ever. It was so memorable. Thank you, Kyu, for making us all genuinely happy!
