JAY B reloads Ahgases’ energy during his “TAPE:RE LOAD” concert in Manila
GOT7’s JAY B has finally come back to the Philippines, as promised to his beloved Ahgases, with Manila being his first stop for the “TAPE:RE LOAD” tour, which was held at the SMX Convention Center last March 2, 2025.
JAY B previously went to the country for his “TAPE: PRESS PAUSE” tour in October 2022.

Starting off with the song “Present,” which JAY B said was a gift to his fans who have shown him support, the K-pop singer was welcomed with loud cheers that conveyed how much they looked forward to seeing him.
Followed by lively performances of upbeat tracks like “Fountain of Youth,” “BTW,” “FAME,” “Livin,'” and “The Way We Are,” JAY B showcased his unique voice and charming dance moves, with Ahgases singing along to his songs.
Changing the mood, JAY B delivered live vocal excellence through his cool and groovy songs like “if you,” “Chosen,” “Make Me Right,” and “Take it easy.”
After an outfit change, JAY B continued to amaze the audiences with different emotions through his easygoing tracks like “Crash,” “Switch It Up,” “Preview,” “°C (Temperature),” and “Sunrise.”
Bringing surprises one after another, JAY B then made the night hotter through the sexy performances he prepared with the alluring choreographies of “In To You,” “AM PM,” “Inside,” and “Cloud Nine.”
During the concert, JAY B mentioned that he was feeling hot, which the fans took as a sign to call him hot. JAY B also agreed, jokingly saying that “We are not GOT7, we are HOT7.”
Another highlight of the night was JAY B getting surprised at a certain type of cheer from the fans, which sounded like a battle cry or dogs barking. He was so fascinated with it that he told fans not to do it in other places and make that sound only for him but said that it’s okay if it’s for his fellow GOT7 members.
After finishing the official songs for the concert, JAY B then turned up the energy during his encore with intense remixes and lively tracks like “go UP,” and a second version of “Crash,” while asking everyone to stand and jump along to the party vibes as he showers some of the audience with water.
As a treat to Ahgases, JAY B ended the night with performances to some of GOT7’s iconic songs like “Page,” “Go Higher,” and “Before the Full Moon Rise.”
Meanwhile, Ahgases prepared a video project for JAY B and VHS cassette-shaped hand banners saying, “JAY B takes Manila on cloud nine” JAY B thanked the fans and conveyed appreciation for what they prepared.
He then spoke about his sincere thoughts regarding his tour, stating that he was really worried of what his status might be as an artist after the concerts. He clarified that he brought it up not to spread negativity, but to share how challenges can be overcome.
Then, JAY B expressed how much fun he had during the night while seeing the fans smile, enjoying the show, and having happy moments when he performed on stage. According to him, this helped him get over the nervousness he felt before the concert.
JAY B reassured Filipino fans that he will try to come back soon and show a “more fun and sexier” side of him when he does. “Mahal ko kayo,” he said with a cute gesture.
