Ju Ji Hoon in talks to join Shin Min Ah and Lee Jong Suk’s upcoming webtoon-based fantasy romance series
We may be seeing Ju Ji Hoon, Shin Min Ah, and Lee Jong Suk in one drama together!
On January 24, Blitzway Entertainment, Ju Ji Hoon’s agency, revealed that the actor received a casting offer to play the role of Sovieshu, Navier’s ex-husband, in the upcoming webtoon-based fantasy romance series, The Remarried Empress.
It is a webtoon-based series that tells the story of an intelligent empress of the Eastern Kingdom named Navier Ellie Trovi who agrees to divorce the emperor after finding out that he has a lover. She remarries and continues to live as an empress elsewhere.
Last year, Ju Ji Hoon starred in three dramas, Blood Free, Love Your Enemy, and Lightshop Keeper. He recently starred in the Netflix’s medical series, The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call. If Ju Ji Hoon accepts this offer, this will be his next royalty role following the series, Princess Hours and Kingdom.
Moreover, last December 10, it was announced that Lee Jong Suk and Shin Min Ah received a casting offer to portray the roles of Heinrich and Navier, respectively in the said upcoming drama.
