Another youth rom-com series is set to land on our small screens this Valentine’s Day!

Melo Movie depicts the inspirational story of young people who find love and pursue their dreams as they heal from their past traumas.
Choi Woo Shik transforms into a film critic Ko Gyeom, whose life takes an interesting turn upon meeting Kim Mubee. Woo Shik is remarkable for his roles in the films Parasite and Wonderland and showed his seamless acting in the series, A Killer Paradox and Our Beloved Summer.

The Ko Gyeom and Kim Mubee duo, with their contrasting personalities but a common love for cinema, is set to be a focal point of the series.
Melo Movie is penned by Our Beloved Summer writer Lee Na Eun and helmed by director Oh Choong Hwan, who previously worked in the hit series, Hotel Del Luna, Start-Up, and Castaway Diva.

Moreover, Lee Jun Young and Jeon So Nee will also star in this series and portray the roles of Hong Si Jun, the unknown composer, and Son Ju-A, a screenwriter, and Hong Si Jun’s ex-girlfriend, respectively.
With its compelling storyline, a powerhouse creative team, and an exceptional ensemble, Melo Movie is poised to be the next hit romance series.
