STAYC releases new single “…l (Dot Dot Dot)”
“Aren’t you curious about me?”
The dynamic girl group STAYC– consisting of Sumin, Sieun, ISA, Seeun, Yoon, J–, has returned with their new digital single, “…ㅣ (Dot Dot Dot)” last October 30th.
STAYC, known for exploring fresh concepts, delves into the vulnerability of young love this time. This marks STAYC’s first release since their full-length album Metamorphic in July. With this single STAYC introduces a distinct, autumn-inspired aesthetic including a unique and enchanting vibe to their musical repertoire.
STAYC also launched an AI chatbot named ‘Dot Dot Dot Bot’, which encourages fans to engage in a whimsical “crush consultation.” They can share their crush-related dilemmas and receive responses from the chatbot. The experience also includes a personalized “success rate” in percentages.
The single title, “…l (Dot Dot Dot)”, relates to the anticipation and longing that comes with waiting for an unanswered message. This is represented through their album cover’s typing screen.

The focus track, “GPT”, cleverly draws a comparison between an unresponsive crush and “GPT”—someone who replies indifferently to continuous questions. With a blend of sincerity and wit, STAYC gives voice to the universal experience of unrequited feelings. Musically, “GPT” combines funky rhythms with chill synths, creating a unique French House vibe.

It also includes two additional versions: “GPT – Instrumental”, highlighting the urban French House elements, and “GPT – Acapella”, which emphasizes the emotions and warmth of STAYC’s vocals.
The second track, “Meant To Be,” tells the story of a girl traveling through time to find her destined love. A song that captures the magic of a connection that defies time and distance.

In celebration of their fourth anniversary this November, STAYC is opening a special pop-up store titled “ONLY 4 SWITH”. They are set to release a new album in February 2025. They will embark on their second world tour, starting in Seoul in April.
