If there’s something that we all get excited about, it’s definitely food!
Get to know some of the food that HORI7ON members love and find out who’s the perfect food buddy for you.
Vinci
On one of his guestings on Arirang Radio, Vinci confessed his love for eating chicken. He also said that his pet peeve is when people can’t finish the chicken (cleanly).
In addition to that, he mentioned his love for fruits and told the story of buying a watermelon at a discounted price in Korea. He seems to love cakes as well, especially carrot cake!
Kim
Kim, who always misses Filipino food whenever they’re in Korea, admitted that he misses vegetable dishes such as laswa and pinakbet the most, as some vegetables are not available in Korea.
He is one of the members who also enjoys cooking and has revealed that he likes talking about food.
Kyler
Aside from having tonkatsu, kimbap, and tteokbokki as his favorites, Kyler also likes Filipino rice cakes or ‘kakanin’.
Matcha lovers (like me!) also got excited when Kyler was seen having a matcha-flavored drink on a vlog with JinHo Bae.
He celebrated his birthday with a matcha cake this year in Korea.
Reyster
Whenever he’s asked about what he misses the most about the Philippines, Reyster would definitely say “the food”. And in most of the interviews, he never forgets to mention his top favorites: Bicol express and adobo.
Winston
One of the foods that Winston loves is our very own champorado. He mentioned his liking for Bicol express as well, being the best dish for him. He shared that he dreams of eating king crab someday.
He is also Kim’s cooking buddy. But if there’s a food that Anchors associates him with, it’s jajangmyeon. (if you know, you know!)
Jeromy
Now onto our shrimp lover, Jeromy expresses his love for buttered shrimp every time, especially when it’s cooked by his Mom and Dad. He also loves shrimp sinigang!
Marcus
Marcus‘ most favorite food is champorado. He likes to eat with milk and sugar. (Him trying it with tuyo is something I look forward, though. Haha!)
He also likes bangus and tilapia.
