AO EXCLUSIVE: HORI7ON hints on new and exciting surprises for upcoming concert!
Weeks leading to their much-awaited second solo concert presented by DNM Entertainment, HORI7ON held a press conference on October 18th in Quezon City.
Hosted by JinHo Bae, the event started with the members posing for photos for the press. HORI7ON additionally recalled the memorable moments they had the past year since their debut.
As for the title ‘DAYTOUR: ANCHOR HIGH‘ of the concert, Vinci revealed that they wanted to involve the Anchors, the people who are beside them throughout their journey.
Marcus shared some details about the concert, saying, “The second concert is gonna be so much different from the first one. As much as possible, we really wanted this to be more connected concert for our audience.”
“Our performances are gonna shock everyone,” he promised.
The members also shared the most important lessons they have learned as artists. For Kim, it’s how to get along with other people. He revealed that he was afraid of mingling with others because of being judged. Being in HORI7ON, he learned how to pour the love that he couldn’t before.
Resiliency is Winston‘s most important lesson as they realize that they’re still here for each other despite going through so much throughout their journey. He said that they will keep on fighting for their Anchors and their dreams.
Marcus added that the biggest lesson all of them have learned is being able to be composed during times when it’s hard and being able to adjust to situations quickly.
Reyster shared that learning the importance of knowing how to stay away from stress makes him happier and more able to do the things that he needs to do.
The members sincerely expressed their gratitude and appreciation for the Anchors and the press for continuously supporting them since the beginning.
WHAT TO LOOK FORWARD TO ON ‘DAYTOUR: ANCHOR HIGH’ CONCERT
It has been a mysterious anticipation for the spectators so far, but HORI7ON excitedly shared to the press that people are going to see a different side of them on their second solo concert.
The last part of the DAYTOUR series, ANCHOR HIGH can be considered as an end to a chapter for HORI7ON, ready to start a newer color and image of the group.
They revealed that they were more involved in the upcoming concert and had the freedom to do what they wanted to do for their performances.
Vinci and Marcus also confirmed that they will be exclusively performing new songs at the concert. Songs that are actually written by them!
Kim and Kyler want Anchors to look forward to their solo performances as they themselves made the decisions to express their own ideas for it.
They will also be performing some of the songs that they have released before but with totally different arrangements. (So exciting!)
JBL Philippines was also announced as the official co-presenter of the concert.
