Moments turn to wonderful Memories in Kim Myung Soo’s “Reboot” Fan Meeting in Manila!
Following Kim Myung Soo‘s “Come with Me” fan meeting in Manila in 2020, he reunited with PH OVEs and Inspirits at his 2024 “Reboot” fan meeting in Manila last August 10 at the New Frontier Theater.
The long wait is finally over for all of us! After 4 years of waiting for him to return, he once again made everyone so genuinely happy through this fan meeting.
Opening Performance
The venue was filled with loud cheers as the star of the night finally entered the stage serenading everyone with his song, My Universe, one of his songs from his latest album, 24/7. I was in the clouds at that moment because it’s my favorite song on his 24/7 album and I can’t believe I’m hearing it live and L was performing right in front of my eyes! He has such a very lovely voice!
As the fans warmly welcomed him, Myung Soo greeted the crowd in Filipino, saying, “Hello, ako po si Kim Myung Soo. Kumusta po kayo? Namiss ko po kayo. Samahan nyo akong gumawa ng di makakalimutang ala-ala today.” He’s so cute!
The fan meeting initially started with a short Q&A segment called, “Hello, Myung Soo” wherein the questions asked to Myung Soo came from the fans. When asked about why he chose “REBOOT” as the title of his fan meeting, he responded and mentioned that it has a meaning that he wanted to start again and also have a new beginning with his fans.
About his latest album 24/7, he mentioned that his favorite song is My Universe since the song is perfect for that fan meeting hour. In the said segment, everyone got to see Myung Soo’s “Tiramisu Cake” dance. He’s so adorable and a lucky fan did it along with Myung Soo on stage. Sana all!

PH OVEs and Inspirits had a lot of their precious interaction with their beloved Kim Myung Soo!
Toward the last part of the first part of the show, Myung Soo performed Love U, Like U, one of the OSTs of his drama, Flower Band, also known as Shut Up Flower Boy Band. Everyone was so ecstatic as L went down to see his fans closer while singing the song. We were so kilig when he did that!
Lucky fans got the chance to interact with him in “Replay Myung Soo” where Myung Soo copied their poses and took a selfie with him. Others got to bond with him by playing a relay game and having a quiz game about him. Myung Soo also handed them special gifts and prepared a good night greeting for everyone. He is the sweetest!
Moreover, Myung Soo also did some dance challenges among those was aespa’s Armageddon. He also performed Radiohead’s Creep. He is such a total performer and never disappoints with his extraordinary talents.
Message to fans
“It’s such a long time since I’ve come to Manila, and it was really really fun. I will never forget the passionate cheers of my fans. I was able to learn this fun gesture as well (the eyy 🤙🏻 gesture) and will make sure that I will come back here in Manila in the nearest future.”
Myung Soo performed Infinite’s Real Story. My Inspirit heart was so happy hearing this song live! 💛 For his last performance, he sang his latest song, What’s Not To Love.
Before wrapping up the event, Myung Soo asked fans to mention some titles they wanted him to sing one last time. They requested Infinite’s songs such as Can You Smile and Man In Love. Talk To You was the last song he sang for the fans.
Ahead of the said event, PH OVEs and Inspirits gathered together in Kim Myung Soo’s “Reboot” Fanhub held at Farmer’s Plaza Activity Center. They also showed their unfailing love and support for Myung by putting lampshade banners near the event venue area.
They also prepared a hand banner which Myung Soo held while taking photos during his fan meeting.
