From Manila to Seoul – Let’s get to know MLD Entertainment’s newest boy group, New:ID
MLD Entertainment announced last April 2023 that former Dream Maker contestants Wilson, Macky, Josh, Thad, and Jom had signed with the agency as trainees.
In a previous interview, MLD Entertainment CEO Lee Hyung-jin revealed that the group, then tentatively named “New MLD Boys,” are preparing for a debut in South Korea before then will be “engaging in active promotions in the Philippines.”
The group officially debuted as New:ID last September 2023 with their prologue single E.R. Prior to their debut, New:ID members performed in “HORI7ON First Concert: Friend-SHIP Voyage To Manila,” wherein they performed their single E.R and collaborated with HORI7ON members onstage.
The group also released their latest EP, ‘NEW EGO,’ is already making waves in the P-pop scene. Their latest EP is now available on all major music platforms. Fans can stream the track on Youtube, Spotify, Apple Music, DEEZER, TIDAL, and iTunes Store.
Recently, fans of New:ID are in for a treat as the group announces their Debut Showcase Mall Tour. This highly anticipated mall tour promises a series of exciting performances, and a chance to meet the members and other fans.
