It was a RIIZING Day for RIIZE and PH BRIIZE at the ‘RIIZING DAY’ Fan-con in Manila
Despite meeting for the first time, it was a day full of memories for RIIZE and PH BRIIZE thanks to the love and support they both received on this RIIZING day.
Last July 14, 2024, K-Pop boy group, RIIZE held their fan-con at the Smart Araneta Coliseum titled 2024 RIIZE ‘RIIZING DAY’ FAN-CON in Manila, which is sponsored by local clothing line, BENCH.
This fan-con event was RIIZE’s first time visiting Manila and meeting PH BRIIZE, which is something both the group and the fans were looking forward to. As expected, RIIZE was surprised by the energy and cheers they received from PH BRIIZE from start to finish.

Pre-program segments
Before meeting RIIZE, BENCH surprised PH BRIIZE with a short segment where they will cheer ‘Happy RIIZING Day!’ and the next one being a photo-op with PH BRIIZE the cameras will randomly select from the audience. To top it all off, the frame had pictures of the RIIZE members!
Opening Act
RIIZE drops the beat by performing their pre-debut song, Siren, where the arena welcomed them with loud and energetic cheers.
After that, RIIZE greets PH BRIIZE for the first time by using Tagalog phrases such as “mahal kita” (I love you),” “salamat po” (thank you), one of them even asking “bakit ang gaganda ninyo?” (why are you so beautiful?)
Games and missions
For RIIZE’s first game, it was called ‘Briize to the Riize Capsule!’ where each member will choose a mission from a glass bowl.
They also introduced a segment called ‘Realting Growth Mission’ where the members will be doing missions if they fail a challenge and post the results to show it to BRIIZE. Last time, Anton and Wonbin failed the challenge during their previous stop. Anton was tasked to dress up in a summer OOTD in the airport while Wonbin had to do a TikTok with Boom Boom Bass while acting cute. However, the members said that he can be cuter so he had to do the task again in front of PH BRIIZE.
Second game was called ‘Odyssey for Everyone.’ The members will be divided into two teams: hyung (Shotaro, Eunseok, and Sungchan) and maknae (Wonbin, Sohee, and Anton). The teams will be given challenges and one team will be the winner based on PH BRIIZE’s cheers.
First game was ‘Guess the pose’ where one member of the team is blindfolded and the other team must guess the pose and copy it.
The second was is ‘Grip Strength Challenge’ where they will test their strength and see who is the strongest member.
The last challenge is a dance challenge where the two teams danced to P-pop songs, namely SB19’s Gento and BINI’s Salamin! Salamin!
Energetic and all-out performances
Aside from performing Siren, RIIZE performed their hit songs as well as cover songs.
RIIZE surprised PH BRIIZE by covering One Direction’s One Thing, followed by their song, HAPPY! HAPPY! HAPPY!, then another cover song titled Odd Imagination (originally sung by Koyote).
Next, RIIZE started performing their hit tracks such as Love 119, Honestly, Talk Saxy, Get A Guitar, 9 Days, Impossible, and Boom Boom Bass, which the group said they performed for the first time in their fan-con.
RIIZE surprised and serenaded PH BRIIZE by singing their song, One Kiss while holding their lightsticks and ‘RIIZING DAY’ shirts.
Farewell speeches and last performance
Before RIIZE proceeds to perform their last stage and end their fan-con, they give thank you messages and how they felt PH BRIIZE’s love and support thanks to the energy and cheers they received. They also give thanks to BENCH for sponsoring their fan-con and say how they wish to come back to the Philippines and perform in a bigger arena.
RIIZE then performs their pre-debut song, Memories as their last performance before taking a group photo with PH BRIIZE before waving goodbye to the crowd.
