Introducing the cherry on top, BINI!
On June 11, 2021, BINI debuted with their debut single “Born To Win”. They were formed by ABS-CBN Star Hunt Academy. Before officially debuting, they released the revival single, “Da Coconut Nut”.
BINI, HORI7ON, XIUMIN, juan karlos, and MAKI will be performing at the Galaxy AI Festival. Program will take place at 5th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City. The entrance is free, and everyone is welcomed.
Before the festival, let us get to know the girls more!
Jhoanna
Jhoanna Christine Robles was born on January 26, 2004. She is a lead vocal and lead rapper. She is also BINI’s leader.
In her younger years, she dreamed of becoming a journalist or news reporter. She took part in various newscasting contests. She was able to actualize her dream when she briefly appeared for SAKTO and TV Patrol. She also has a knack for organization and is very responsible, it makes a lot of sense why she is the leader of BINI!
Aiah
Maraiah Queen Arceta, also known as Aiah, was born on January 27, 2001. She is a main rapper, and a visual for BINI.
Before joining BINI, Aiah was a reigning beauty queen in Cebu. Aiah did not have much experience in singing or dancing prior to becoming a trainee. However, her determination to grow and learn did not fail her, and now she is a part of the beloved BINI!
Colet
Nicolette Vergara, also known as Colet, was born on September 14, 2001. She is a main vocalist, lead rapper, and lead dancer in the group.
Colet’s father was also a musician, which sparked her interest in singing. She is quite strict with herself, and helps her fellow members when they make mistakes or are not synchronized. She is also known to play around with BLOOMs from time-to-time.
Maloi
Mary Loi Yves Ricalde, also known as Maloi, was born on May 27, 2002. She is a main vocalist in the group.
Maloi has been singing ever since she was a child. She has joined multiple competitions which further sharpened her skills and helped her confidence. Her bubbly personality was one of the things that stood out, and it is a great addition to the group!
Gwen
Gweneth Apuli, also known as Gwen, was born on June 19, 2003. She is a lead vocalist and lead rapper.
Gwen has been singing ever since she was a child, and has even participated in contests and workshops. She dreamt of becoming an artist, and was briefly a housemate for Pinoy Big Brother 8. Gwen’s ability to face things with the right attitude is an admirable feat. Seeing her now makes you proud!
Stacey
Stacey Aubrey Sevilleja was born on July 13, 2003. She is a main rapper and lead dancer.
Before joining training, Stacey was also a beauty queen. She wore gowns designed by her mother. At one point, she had to choose between joining a competition abroad or to stay for training. Choosing to stay, her passion for performing became her reality. We are happy you are here, Stacey!
Mikha
Mikhaela Janna Lim, also known as Mikha, was born on November 8, 2003. She is a main rapper, lead dancer, and visual.
Mikha is quite flexible, and has experience in cheerleading. She shares that her karaoke time with her dad influenced her to sing. Her start as a trainee was a bit shaky, but her continuous drive to improve helped her overcome it.
Sheena
Sheena Mae Catacutan was born on May 9, 2004. She is a main dancer.
Sheena was a housemate for Pinoy Big Brother 8. She was later invited to be a trainee because of her exceptional dance skills. Her cheerful personality also livens up every room she is in!
