Im Se Mi, WEi’s Kim Yohan, and Yoon Kye Sang confirmed to star in new sports drama “Try: We Become Miracles”

On July 2, it was announced that Im Se Mi, WEi’s Kim Yohan, and Yoon Kye Sang will be the lead actors in the new SBS drama “Try: We Become Miracles,” set to be released in 2025.

“Try: We Become Miracles” is a sports comedy series about a high school rugby team and their coach who’s a former member of the Korean national rugby team but retired due to a controversy. It is said to be the first Korean drama to be about rugby.

WEi’s Kim Yohan, an idol-actor known for his dramas “A Love So Beautiful” and “School 2021,” will play the role of Yoon Seong Jun, the captain of the high school rugby team.

Yoon Kye Sang, a seasoned actor known for various dramas such as “The Good Wife,” “Chocolate,” “Crime Puzzle,” “Kiss Sixth Sense,” and “The Kidnapping Day,” will play the role of Joo Ga Ram, the retired rugby player who becomes a contract coach at his alma mater, Hanyang Sports High School.

Im Se Mi, known for her various roles in dramas like “Shopping King Louie,” “Terius Behind Me,” “The Worst of Evil,” and “Wonderful World,” will play the role of Bae I Ji, the shooting coach for the high school team and Ga Ram’s long-time lover.

The drama will be directed by Director Jang Young Seok, who co-directed the 2nd season of the hit drama “Taxi Driver”.
